This means that when “processing…” comes up on the screen, the HTTP server starts it’s “TimeOut” timer (apache in my case). During this time there is no visual update to the client. On my server re-assembly of the 50Gb file takes about 30 minutes. The problem appears to a result of what we see on the screen for re-assembly. The upload process (where the chunks are uploaded to the server) works perfectly with NextCloud default values in the php.ini files.
